Cannot Access Account

There is no way of getting a hold of someone to help resolve issues. I have not been able to access my account even after emailing the support team. They keep telling me that the issue is resolved and that they have closed the ticket, yet I still dont have access to my account. I pay a lot for this service and would like a refund if this continues to happen.

Subscription Billing Error

Hi, I recently subscribed and purchased the most basic plan. A couple minutes later i decided i needed access to more tool and clicked "upgrade plan". I then upgraded to the second best plan, but instead of just adding on the additional fees to the original subscription I purchased, you guys charged me the full subscription amount for both plans. I need the first, the cheapest one canceled and refunded. Please and thank you.

I tried cancelling this a year ago and you make this very difficult. I want my money back for this current charge. haven't used this in years. I will leave as many bad reviews as I can if isn't resolved. Last year I didn't even fight for my money back but this time I will not give up! p.s. looks like your phone number leads to a email is just another way to distance yourself from contact.
